Attorney’s fees

Attorney’s fees are a matter of free agreement under Act LXXVIII of 2017 on Attorneys.

Our law firm works primarily on an hourly-rate basis. The current hourly rate is HUF 25,000–40,000 gross, depending on the type of matter. We will advise you in advance of the estimated time required to complete your matter.

For long-term engagements, a flat-fee arrangement is also available.

For real estate transactions, the fee is based on the market value of the property. For real estate purchases, detailed information on attorney’s fees and other associated costs is available on the Real estate purchase page.

For company-related engagements, information on fees is available on the company law page.

For court representation, the fee is determined based on the value of the claim, or it is possible to agree on a fixed fee in advance and a success fee in the event of a favourable outcome.
