The fees for the land registry procedure (Földhivatal administration fees) are as follows:

• Standard Procedure: HUF 10,600 per property.
• Expedited Procedure: An additional HUF 10,000 (total HUF 20,600), which reduces the administration deadline to 30 days.
• Mortgage Registration: HUF 12,600.

The amount can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card at the government windows (Kormányablak). Proof of payment must be attached to the application at the time of submission.
